I ordered $20 of a few Sleep Patches from WELLAMOON online. I did NOT see their final receipt!
The next day I checked my bank account and they had withdrawn $252.41 (CDN) from my account! I went into TOTAL SHOCK AND PANIC. There is NO PHONE NUMBER TO REACH THEM, so I sent them an e-mail almost immediately upon seeing my bank account online!! All I got was a standard "we will be in touch within 24-48!hours"!
Never heard a word, so I sent them at least 12 more emails over the next few days requesting cancellation of the order after seeing the $252.41 GONE FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. Same old standard reply! Then, a few days later they sent me a text saying "your item has been shipped", even though ALL OF MY 12 EMAILS begged them to please cancel the order and REFUND MY MONEY! And now, almost 1 week later, and I still have not heard from them, NOR DID I EVER RECEIVE A RECEIPT SHOWING ME HOW ON EARTH THEY charged me $252.41.
I AM SO UPSET AND ANGRY BECAUSE I AM A SENIOR IN A FIXED INCOME!!
Can anyone help me? I got in touch with my bank and they are "looking into it"!!
I am very UPSET, ANGRY AND BROKE NOW!!
