It's impossible to contact customer service. You call, and then they send you a code, and then the machine gives you several options, and none of them work.
Because you click on the number of your choice, and the machine never stops talking! It doesn't matter which number you choose, and of course, there is no human being available!

Resolved: I’m not willing to give them even one star
- - Order couldn't be reviewed before submitting; a product was added automatically.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After several emails, they finally gave me a full refund.
Don’t give up. They think they can out wait you.
I tried to place an order last night. They dont let you review your order before submitting.
Their tactics are very confusing and them automatically, without my permission added a product. When I received the confirmation email and could see my order for the first time, I was floored. I immediately contacted them to cancel the order.
At 3:04 am my time I received an email saying the order was correct (that doesnt matter, I should be able to cancel the order) and that between 7:30 and the time the email was sent the order was processed and shipped and it couldnt be cancelled. What a scam!!

They are thieves
- - Ordered 3 patches for ~$30 but received 4 and a pillow spray.
- - Charged ~$89; said it can't be corrected, no return info.

This company is the worst to deal with. I placed an order for 3 packs of the sleep patches at a cost of about $30, and they included 4 more packs plus a pillow spray, which I did not want or order.
When I saw the error on their shipment order, which was for $89, I immediately contacted them and asked to correct the order, but they said it was too late as the shipment was processed. I knew it was a lie, as it was impossible to have shipped so fast. Anyway, they told me once received I could return whatever product I did not want but needed to get info on how/where to return the product. I've emailed them several times since receiving and still no word.
This is the second time this has happened, as the first time I ordered, the same thing was done, but I decided to keep the product after trying.
I don't like being tricked and lied to, so I don't appreciate dealing with them. I'll not order again and don't recommend anyone doing so either!

My deliver address has not been change and I am not receiving my orders and unable to cancel

I made an order about 6 weeks ago that went to the wrong address. I have submitted multiple change of address forms, and I tried to make another order last night, and upon checkout, I noticed it still had the wrong address.
I immediately tried to change the address again and then tried to cancel the order, only to be told that I was too late. Really?
You processed the order within seconds at 8 PM? I want the order sent to the correct address or refunded my money.
